How can we improve CityGrid Media?

Was told I would be charged per click, account set up as flat fee, no response for over two weeks when I inquired about it

This is a terribly designed website. Searching for eve

I can find everything EXCEPT how to register a location or modify a location.

It's unclear what the citygird does. The bang-splash and fancy-buzzwords seem to overshadow the actual utility offered by citygrid.

My advice? Fire your webdesign team.

Will my advertisements be scene on Google now they take the text to their site? Does not make sense

I am considering advertising for my new business, one of the things I am looking for is active ratings by real customers.

It looks like all the Citysearch reviews are displayed in Google when you do a map search for a business.

This seems to me like the source pages of Citysearch are not going to be viewed very much. Google has enough of the text of the review where its not necessary to read beyond Google.

Why would Citysearch allow this to go on?

Make it easy to sign in, it took me a while to find it!

What's up with the Webmaster of this site? I couldn't even sign in. The email links I was sent to update acount did not work. The email confirmation said they could not recognize the code they recieved but I was never given a code to give them, then once I entered the site, it still recognized the name I updated??? This is the most unorganized & frustrating site I have ever been on so far!

Why new API found nothing on "New York" or "NY" where query?

Old API found listings on "New York" or "NY" where search query, but new doesn't. New API found something on "New York, NY", but many users pass simple "New York" as search query.
